We continuously expand our brokerage integration capabilities. If your brokerage isn't currently supported, you can request it to be added to our platform.
Check Brokerage Support Status
- Navigate to the "Upload Files" section in the transactions page
- Use the search function to find your brokerage
How to Request New Brokerage Support
You can request brokerage support in two ways:
1. Through Portseido Website
- Go to the Transactions page
- Click "Upload Files"
- In the brokerage selection popup:
- Search for your brokerage
- If not found, click the "Request here" button
- Complete the request form with:
- Brokerage name
- Statement language
- Sample statement (if available)
- Additional details about the brokerage
2. Via Email Support
Send an email to support@portseido.com including:
- Brokerage name
- Statement language
- Sample statement (if available)
- Any specific requirements or features needed
We review all brokerage support requests and prioritize them based on user demand and technical feasibility.
