Import Data From Brokers

We continuously expand our brokerage integration capabilities. If your brokerage isn't currently supported, you can request it to be added to our platform.

Check Brokerage Support Status

1. Navigate to the "Upload Files" section in the transactions page
2. Use the search function to find your brokerage

How to Request New Brokerage Support

You can request brokerage support in two ways:

1. Through Portseido Website

1. Go to the Transactions page
2. Click "Upload Files"
3. In the brokerage selection popup:
4. Search for your brokerage
5. If not found, click the "Request here" button
6. Complete the request form with:
7. Brokerage name
8. Statement language
9. Sample statement (if available)
10. Additional details about the brokerage

2. Via Email Support

Send an email to support@portseido.com including:

• Brokerage name
• Statement language
• Sample statement (if available)
• Any specific requirements or features needed

We review all brokerage support requests and prioritize them based on user demand and technical feasibility.
