Incorrect Asset Price

Sometimes you might notice incorrect prices or data for your assets. While this doesn't happen frequently, it's possible for data from our data providers to occasionally have discrepancies.

If you notice any incorrect data (prices, dividends, or other information), you can easily report it to us for investigation:

How to Report Data Issues

  1. Go to the Home page.
  2. In the My Holdings table, click the "..." menu.
  3. Select "Report Issue".
  4. A popup will appear where you can describe the issue for the Portseido team.

What We'll Do

  1. Our team will investigate the reported data.
  2. We'll cross-check with multiple data sources.
  3. We'll correct any confirmed discrepancies.
  4. You'll be notified once the issue is resolved.

Common Data Issues

  1. Incorrect current prices.
  2. Missing or incorrect dividend amounts.
  3. Split adjustments not properly reflected.
  4. Corporate action related discrepancies.
