Deleting Accounts

You can send us a request to delete a Portseido account by following the steps below:

Mobile App

  1. Open Portseido mobile app.
  2. Go to Settings page.
  3. Tab on Privacy section.
  4. Tab Delete your account.
  5. Tab Delete.

Website

  1. Login to Portseido.
  2. Go to Settings page.
  3. In Privacy section, Click on "Delete your account".
  4. Send the request.

After you have completed the steps above, your data will be deleted within 48 hours. The data deleted will include your account, email, data inputted into the system and your settings.
